Faulty Goods

We offer a full refund for any faulty goods, or for goods that we send you which are different to the product description. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

• There may exist colour variation between the displayed item and the item that you receive. This is not a fault
• All faulty items must be returned within 7 days and all packaging and boxes must be returned intact.

Change of Mind

Please note we do not generally exchange goods if you change your mind. We may entertain an exchange if you change your mind, but this is entirely at our discretion and on a case by case basis.
